Easy Blackberry Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

Making salad dressing at home is so simple. I have always admired my mother's simple salad dressing container; she's made salad dressing at home for years. I searched endlessly to find the same kind of container, but could never find the right one. I explained this to my mother-in-law and a few days later, one magically appeared in my kitchen :) I still don't know where she found it!
They're great... They have measuring lines for your ingredients, so easy to use!
I make salads every day and I had been craving a fruity vinaigrette. I had blackberry jam in the fridge, so I decided on a blackberry vinaigrette.
You will need Vegetable Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Blackberry Jam/Preserves.

These containers are great because they have lines on the bottle to mark how much oil, how much vinegar, etc.

Blackberry Vinaigrette

1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 1/2 Tablespoons Blackberry Jam/Preserves

Add the ingredients to your container and shake them all up. This dressing is great for salads with a white goat or feta cheese. Yum!

I used my dressing over a salad with cucumber, carrots, yellow bell pepper, goat cheese with dried cranberry, avocado, and pistachios. Delicious!

What's your favorite type of homemade salad dressing? Any recipes are welcome!
