Office Ceiling Renovation

Our office ceiling was pretty banged up. Over the years it's developed a significant amount of cracks...

Taking down the ceiling and replacing it was more than we wanted to take on. We have always loved the look of exposed wood beams on ceilings. Vlad found thin wooden panels at Home Depot on clearance and went to work :) Here are before and after pics of the space.

We are so happy with the way it turned out! We just need to finish painting the trim around the window and the base floor molding, install the lighting fixture, and then we're done! Vlad also added molding to the cabinet fixture and stained it to match.

This space is really turning into something special, I can't wait to start working in here!

  3. I love that you can see the natural impurities of the wood panels. That adds color and character in a way that no other decoration could do for that room. It is really interesting to see how one small renovation change can really change the motif of an entire room. Well done you guys.
