Turkey Avocado Panini Recipe

Yesterday, my in-laws gave us a panini maker! Apparently it's been collecting dust at their house, so they passed it along. I threw what I had in the fridge together and ended up with a seriously delicious sandwich! Typically with a panini, a nice fresh loaf of crunchy bread would be ideal. However, all I had was whole grain wheat bread, which worked just fine.

For this panini, I added:

Provolone Cheese
Fried Egg

Add mayo and a couple dabs of sriracha to each piece of bread. Then add two slices of provolone cheese, one on each piece of bread. Add tomato, lettuce, turkey, and sliced avocado. Fry an egg, add it on top, and close up the sandwich. Pop it in the panini maker. As soon as the cheese is melted and there are some nice grill marks the panini is ready to eat....and boy is it delicious! 
The sandwich would be just as great toasted if you don't have a panini maker.  I'll definitely have some more panini recipes in the future!
